Common questions about our partner program.
A warm introduction to a decision-maker at a company that is not already a Lorikeet Security customer. The prospect must be aware of the introduction (no cold spray). You register the account in the partner portal before commercial discussions begin.
Ninety days of exclusivity, with one 90-day extension on written request and evidence of active engagement. If a registered account goes cold for more than 90 days with no activity, the registration lapses.
Commission is earned when the customer pays Lorikeet Security. Statements go out on the 5th business day of each month covering the prior month. You invoice Lorikeet Security, we pay within 30 days via ACH or wire.
Yes. Many firms are both auditor partners and MSP partners, for example. Each deal flows under whichever role fits the motion, not both.
Existing customers cannot be registered. The current customer list is published to the partner portal monthly - you see account names but no commercial detail.
No. All partner types focus on the relationship - Lorikeet Security handles delivery, reporting, remediation support, and the ongoing platform. If you can make a warm introduction or own a customer relationship, you can earn.
No. The program is free to join for all partner types. Optional white-label customization for MSP and Reseller partners carries a $500/month platform fee.
Depends on the partner type. Referral and Auditor partners introduce; Lorikeet Security owns. MSP and Reseller partners own the customer contract; Lorikeet Security delivers. Deal registration locks the account either way.
