Sponsorship Rules & Guidelines

Please review these guidelines carefully before submitting a sponsorship request.

Eligibility Requirements

Event must be cybersecurity or CTF-focused
Minimum 30 days advance notice required
Event must be publicly announced with a website or registration page
Organizers must provide event details including date, location, and expected participants
Events must comply with all local laws and regulations
Open to both in-person and virtual events

What We Provide

Platform access vouchers for participants
VIP subscription credits (based on event size)
Event promotion on our social media channels
Featured listing in our sponsored events carousel
Partnership logos and branding materials
Technical support and consultation (Enterprise tier only)

Your Responsibilities

Display Parrot CTFs Events logo on event materials and website
Mention Parrot CTFs Events in event announcements and promotions
Distribute vouchers fairly to participants
Provide post-event metrics (participant count, feedback, photos)
Send thank you acknowledgment to Parrot CTFs Events after the event
Maintain professional conduct and uphold cybersecurity ethics

Sponsorship Process

Submit sponsorship request form above
Our team reviews your application within 5-7 business days
If approved, you'll receive a sponsorship agreement via email
Sign agreement and provide event promotional materials
Receive voucher codes and partnership materials
Execute event and distribute vouchers to participants
Submit post-event report and feedback

Important Notes & Restrictions

We Do NOT Sponsor:

Events promoting illegal hacking or malicious activities
Events with discriminatory policies or practices
Commercial events primarily focused on product sales
Events without clear educational or community value
Duplicate requests for the same event

Additional Information:

Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of all event content
We reserve the right to deny any request without explanation
Voucher amounts are determined based on event size and scope
All vouchers are non-transferable and for event use only
Partnership may be terminated if terms are violated
